Customers not enrolled in Total Mobile Protection, Total Mobile Protection Multi-Device or Tech Coach will get a 30-day trial of Verizon Tech Coach, including a digital setup experience, when they upgrade, Add a Line or start a new service in Rep-assisted channels.
All customers, even those currently enrolled in Total Mobile Protection, will receive a free Verizon text message with a link to a personalized, self-paced digital setup experience with Tech Coach support for their new device.
